School statement
St Michael's College has commenced double streaming its classes from Prep to Year 7, on its welcoming campus which is uniquely nestled in a bushland setting. The College now with over 300 students, has many traditions and provides a balanced education. Throughout its 25 years of growth, the core values imbedded in the College philosophy, cement a nurturing and supportive partnership between staff, students and parents. The four pillars on which the College ethos is built, strongly represent the character of each student. They are encouraged to strive high and achieve their academic best in all areas of the curriculum, and are able to demonstrate respect for all, by acknowledging the importance of their Christian values. A feature of the College is that all students are given opportunities to embrace the Arts and high quality Musicals are produced each year in the Performing Arts Complex, which is in the centre of the College campus. Students are encouraged to achieve their personal best in all sporting carnivals and many with talent and training are given other sporting opportunities. The College plays an important role in the community by providing a school in which children are safe, happy, switched onto learning, good role models for each other and ready for Secondary education Visit the school website.
