Centralian Senior College is co-located, and works cooperatively with, Charles Darwin University in Alice Springs to provide quality educational programs and services. It is the largest provider of senior secondary education in Alice Springs, and is flexible and responsive to the diverse needs of students. The college manages the Alice Outcomes Alternate Education Program run from the nearby Institute for Aboriginal Development to provide education options for students unable to meet the requirements of a regular school timetable. The middle school curriculum incorporates the Gateways Work Ready program that allows students to select subjects from a wide range of vocational education training courses. We also have a dedicated Special Needs Unit (Learning Central) for students requiring additional support; students are enrolled in mainstream classes wherever possible. College students also have the opportunity to participate in the Alice Springs Football Academy, through the Clontarf Academy. Indigenous students can also apply for the Alice Springs Partnership for Success (Polly Farmer) Program where they are intensively mentored via an after school Enrichment Centre providing tutoring, homework assistance, additional learning, computer access and recreational activities.
